Terms and Conditions
DEPOSITS
A deposit of £50 per adult is required to confirm a reservation.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are from 2:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome EXCEPT in the public rooms. If dogs sleep in their owner's bedrooms a daily valeting charge of £5 per dog will apply. Meals can be provided on request from £3 daily.
When making a reservation, please let us know if you will be bringing a dog.
CRANTOCK SEA-VIEW
These are Double and Twin rooms situated on the first and second floors, with sea views.
GARDEN SEA-VIEW
Situated on the lower ground floor. These Double and Twin rooms have patio doors leading onto the lawn, and a sea view.
STANDARD SEA-VIEW
These are smaller Double bedded and Single rooms. Situated on the first floor.
NON-SEA VIEW
These are mostly smaller Single bedded rooms situated on the first and second floors but do not have a sea view.
DOUBLE/TWIN AS A SINGLE
Visitors requesting a DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM to be used as a SINGLE may be charged a 50% supplement.
CHILDREN
Children are especially welcome at Crantock Bay Hotel. When reserving accommodation for children please state their age on the date of arrival.
High Tea is served from 5:00pm - 5:45pm for young children.

In Low and Mid Season, children under 12 years who share their parents' accommodation will stay entirely FREE OF CHARGE. (This includes bed, breakfast and high tea) Should your child wish to eat in the Restaurant and choose from the Table d'hôte menu, there will be a £15 per child supplement Unfortunately, the 'Children's Feast' will not be available in the Restaurant, in the evenings.
Children over 12 will be charged at the full adult rate.
ALLOWANCES
It is regretted that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.
IMPORTANT - CANCELLATION
Guests are reminded of their liability to a cancellation fee; this is normally two-thirds of the tariff if the booking is cancelled withih a week of the arrival date. Every effort is made to re-let accommodation, but we very strongly recommend that Holiday Cancellation Insurance Cover be obtained. Please ask for details.
If a booking is cancelled earlier than a week before arrival then your deposit will be retained unless your accommodation is re-booked. In special circumstances, a deposit may be carried forward to an alternate date later in the year, however, this is entirely at the discretion of the management and any deposit not used before the 31st December, will be foregone.
